About this webpage

The hardest thing to do is my own webpage.It’s never really ready, as I always see something that I think I could be done better in a bit different way.

The page structure is done with PHP and XHTML 1.0 Strict. Visual styling was done using CSS 2.1. All code was written using simple text editor, Gedit, included by default in Gnome Desktop.

All graphics were done using Inkscape (vector graphics program) and GIMP (image and photo editor), resizing and compressing of images was done with Imagemagick.

This page has been tested with Firefox 1.5 and later, Internet Explorer 7-9, Safari, Opera, Dillo and Links 2 browsers. It should work fine with even cell-phone browsers and works fine without CSS or java-script support. However Internet explorer versions 6 and older do not support transparent PNG images, and have some probelms with CSS as well. Currently Internet Explorer users should therefore have at least version 7 (which would be a good idea security-wise anyway..).
